Terms of Service

Landing Analyzer is a Meinbo product. Meinbo builds practical software that helps people and businesses make clearer commercial decisions and improve conversion work with less manual analysis.
Using Landing Analyzer
You may use Landing Analyzer only for lawful purposes and only with content, pages, accounts, and materials that you are permitted to submit or analyze. You are responsible for the URLs, copy, screenshots, ad context, keywords, market information, and other material you submit.
Audit decisions are decision support
Landing Analyzer analyzes captured landing evidence and submitted context to provide commercial decision support. Reports may include recommendations about buyer fit, CTA fit, trust, traffic routing, presale needs, and next actions. They do not guarantee conversion, revenue, traffic performance, legal compliance, or any specific business result.
Accounts, plans, and usage
Access to paid features, audit capacity, subscriptions, and top-ups is determined by the server-owned commercial state shown in your account and Billing & Plan surfaces. A completed accepted audit uses one audit unit. Failed audits without usable accepted output do not consume an accepted-audit unit. Re-auditing creates a new audit and normally uses one additional unit under the current plan rules.
Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Checkout and payment processing may be provided by an authorized external commerce provider. The checkout page shows the applicable price, billing period, and offer terms before purchase. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewal according to the current subscription policy; where the product grants access through the end of a paid period, cancellation does not rewrite prior payment or usage history.
Refunds
Unless the checkout for a specific offer states a more favorable rule, Landing Analyzer purchases are covered by a 7-day refund period from the relevant purchase or charge date. Refund requests must be submitted within that period. Purchases made through WarriorPlus are also processed through the applicable WarriorPlus order/refund workflow. A completed refund may end remaining access or capacity tied to the refunded purchase. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded by this policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service to attack, scrape unlawfully, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, interfere with service operation, abuse Trial or refund mechanisms, or infringe the rights of others. Meinbo may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, providers, or legal obligations.
Availability and changes
We may update product features, providers, limits, and these Terms as the service evolves. Material commercial changes should be reflected in the current product or checkout surfaces. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we aim to operate the service reliably and to preserve customer-safe commercial records when infrastructure or providers fail.
Applicable law
Meinbo serves customers internationally. These Terms are intended to operate subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections that apply to each transaction and customer. We do not use this page to claim that the law of one country overrides mandatory rights that may apply elsewhere. If a dispute requires a specific governing-law or forum determination, the legally applicable rules for that relationship will control.
